Any details of yours that we hold, are kept safely in our password protected computer system which only our team have access to

Our team will not contact you about anything other than your business with us

Any details that we have for you on paper, will be shredded before being put in the bin

Your details will never be given or sold to anyone

If you wish to opt-out of receiving any correspondence from us, we will honour your decision.
You have two options:

To remain on our system but be removed from our mailing list, send an email to hello@sheonahosie.com with subject "Protect my Privacy". Please let us know your full name so we make sure we have the correct person and that you wish to remain with us but do not wish to be contacted. We will remove you from our contact list. With this option, your history with us and your details will remain on our system. However, you will no longer receive Appointment reminders, birthday wishes or updates about our business.

For your details to be completely removed from our system, send an email to hello@sheonahosie.com with the subject "Protect my Privacy". Please let us know your full name so we get the right person, pop in that you wish to be completely removed from our system and we will get that all sorted for you! All of your details will be removed and you will no longer hear from us. We'll be sad to see you go but you're always welcome back in the future!

If we hold duplicate entries for you in our system, you may also be receiving everything twice. We're sorry about that. Let us know , and we'll get it sorted for you straight away.
Exemptions
We use Treatwell to advertise our business. This is an external company and when you sign up to their site, they hold your information. Any details of yours held on our Treatwell account, Treatwell have access to. Please review Treatwell Privacy Policy. We do not have any control over their Policies
