At Sheona Hosie Hair, we are looking for creative artists with a passion for making people feel amazing through the art of hair.

Specialising in Blonding and Grey coverage, as well as the science behind the integrity and condition of hair & scalp.

A wealth of knowledge, experience & skill in the industry is compulsory for this position.

With a fast growing client base for blonde and grey colour services, we'd love to have you on our team.

​This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, creative stylist, who has got passion for hair and would like to extend their knowledge about hairdressing with a nurtured journey plan towards career success.
SALARY: Basic Rate with Commission Scale based on Experience & Targets with Promotion Opportunities

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

Consulting with guests to discover their personalised journey, maintaining client records

Delivering the Sheona Hosie Guest Experience
-
Delivering Exceptional Cut, Colour, Treatment & Style Services
-
Prescribing Home Care through extensive product knowledge
-
Building & Expanding a client base by gaining trust and rapport with guests while attaining high retention rates
-
Growing your skills through regular education
-
Tracking your progress and working to targets
-
Mentoring future stylists
-
Attending Team Meetings and Educational Events
