Known for our relaxing atmosphere and exceptional guest care, we focus on more than just colour. With specialities including lived-in blondes, rich, dimensional brunettes and grey blending. We are committed to supporting the integrity of the hair and scalp alongside every service, ensuring hair not only looks beautiful but remains healthy and strong.

Who we’re looking for:
This is not an entry-level position. A strong background of knowledge, experience and skill is essential.
We’re seeking an ambitious, creative artist who:

Qualifications: Holds NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) as a minimum, NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing would be beneficial but not essential

Experience: Has at least 3 years of working experience within the industry.

Personality: Upbeat, happy, and personable. You should love interacting with clients and be great with people.

Consulting with guests to design their personalised hair journey

Delivering the signature Sheona Hosie Guest Experience

Performing exceptional cut, colour, treatment & styling services

Prescribing home care through extensive product knowledge

Building and expanding a loyal client base with high retention rates

Mentoring junior team members and assisting with their growth
-
Tracking performance, meeting targets and striving for continuous improvement
-
Attending team meetings and external educational events
-
Participating in maintaining a clean & organised salon environment

Handling reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls & messages

We’re looking for our next Assisting Future Stylist & Colour Artist! Someone eager to learn, assist our busy salon team, and work through a clear pathway to becoming a stylist themselves.
You'll participate in our 39-week training programme with potential to flourish into fulfilling your own schedule of clients.

You don’t need hairdressing experience, just a passion to learn, grow and get creative.
We’ll provide full in-house training towards SQA qualifications, with exciting opportunities to travel to training events in London, Edinburgh and possibly further afield for those who show dedication to their personal growth.
