What we’re looking for:
This is not an entry-level position. A strong background of knowledge, experience and skill is essential.
We’re seeking an ambitious, creative artist who:

Qualifications: Holds NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) as a minimum, NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing would be beneficial but not essential

Experience: Has at least 3 years of working experience within the industry.

Personality: Upbeat, happy, and personable. You should love interacting with clients and be great with people.

Has a true passion for hairdressing and self-development

Is ready to take their skills to the next level through regular in-house education

Is excited about working to targets and achieving career success with a clear, supportive journey plan

Takes pride in their work and delivers high-quality results consistently

What the role involves:

Consulting with guests to design their personalised hair journey

Delivering the signature Sheona Hosie Guest Experience

Performing exceptional cut, colour, treatment & styling services - possible hair extensions services (not essential)

Prescribing home care through extensive product knowledge

Building and expanding a loyal client base with high retention rates

Mentoring junior team members and assisting with their growth

Tracking performance, meeting targets and striving for continuous improvement

Attending team meetings and external educational events

We’re looking for our next Assisting Future Stylist & Colourist to join our growing team. With our diaries becoming busier, we need someone who can support our stylists — while working through a clear journey map towards becoming a stylist themselves.

• Assisting the team with client services
• Reception and front-of-house support
• Housekeeping & maintaining our calming environment
• On-the-job training with dedicated training days
• Attending regular team meetings (may fall outside regular hours)
