THE BLOW DRY PASS T&C'S

Appointments for the Blow Dry Pass are subject to availability with a Training Hair Stylist.

​

Bookings can be made via our app, online booking links or in the salon with our team.

​

Specific dates required for special occasions where there is no availability with a Training Stylist, will be required to be booked from our Service Menu.

​

Please treat our trainees with kindness and respect as they gain their hairdressing experience.

​

A period of one month's notice is required for subscription cancellations.

​

If a request to cancel is submitted within this period, the next payment will be taken and the subscription will cancel from the following instalment. 

​

Cancelling your Direct Debit via your bank does not cancel your subscription with us. We have to apply the cancellation via our dashboard.

​

The pass can be used by the named pass holder only.

​

Pass must be presented at each appointment.
